Professional Experience

Serving as a VEX Robotics Judge gave me a unique perspective on engineering design, teamwork, and professionalism. In this role, I evaluated over 100 teams, reviewing engineering notebooks and observing how students communicated their process. This experience deepened my appreciation for the engineering design process, as I assessed teams on documented iterations and reflected on improvements. It challenged me to communicate  clearly, think critically, and make fair decisions. Judging in VEX wasn't just about evaluating others, it also helped me to grow as a mentor, leader, and engineer. My goal is to help provide a positive and fair competition experience for all competitors.
